• Attribution data. We record where you came from (e.g., a specific ad, a search result, or an organic install) and which marketing campaign, if any, led you here. This data is shared with our attribution partner, AppsFlyer, so we can measure how well our campaigns perform.
• Installation source. We note where the App was installed from (e.g., the Google Play Store).

Built-in Browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser behavior — these are managed by the websites you visit, not by us. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

Support and Bug Reports

The App's Support page lets you send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you choose what to share:

• Your name and email address
• A description of your question or the issue you ran into
• An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker

We only receive this information when you hit "Send." We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and fix the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.

Local Data Storage

The App saves your game progress, credit balance, unlocked themes, stake level, and audio preferences locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can clear it any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Why Do We Collect It?

Short answer: to make the App work and to understand how people find it. Specifically:

• App functionality — your language setting and anonymous identifier keep the experience smooth and consistent.
• Marketing attribution — the advertising identifier and attribution data tell us which campaigns bring players to the orchard, so we can focus on what works.
• Support — the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form helps us respond to your questions and squash bugs.

Do We Share Your Data?

We don't sell your data. Period. We do work with one third-party service:

• AppsFlyer — receives your advertising identifier, anonymous user identifier, and attribution data for marketing analytics. AppsFlyer also collects standard device information (IP address, device model, OS version) as part of its normal operation. You can learn more in AppsFlyer's Privacy Policy.

Some network connections within the App may use unencrypted HTTP. While we use HTTPS wherever possible, data transmitted over unencrypted connections could potentially be intercepted.

How Long Do We Keep It?

• Anonymous identifier — lives on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
• Google Advertising ID — managed by Google Play Services; you can reset it at any time in your device settings.
• AppsFlyer data — retained by AppsFlyer according to their data retention policies.
• Cookies and local storage — follow standard browser expiration rules; cleared when you clear the App's data.
• Support messages — kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

How Is My Data Protected?

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information we handle from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. That said, no system is bulletproof — we can't guarantee absolute security, but we do our best to keep things locked down.

What Are My Choices?

You're in control. Here's what you can do:

• Reset your Advertising ID — go to Android Settings > Google > Ads to reset it or opt out of personalized advertising.
• Clear app data — this removes your anonymous identifier, local storage, cookies, and saved preferences. Head to your device's Settings > Apps > Fruit Slots Festival > Storage > Clear Data.
• Uninstall the App — removes all locally stored data from your device.

Is This App Safe for Children?

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

It might, if we add new features or change how the App works. When it does, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top and post the revised policy within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after a change means you're good with the updated terms.
