1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fruit Slots Festival (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Fruit Slots Festival is a social casino-style entertainment application featuring fruit-themed slot games with cluster pays, cascading wins, a prize wheel, and orchard shop themes. The App is designed solely for entertainment purposes. No real-money gambling is involved. The App does not offer any form of real-money wagering, and no real money can be won or lost through use of the App. There are no in-app purchases.
3. Virtual Currency
The App includes virtual coins, credits, or other forms of virtual currency. This virtual currency:
- Has no real-world monetary value;
- Cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services;
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside of the App;
- May be modified, adjusted, or removed at our sole discretion;
- Has no cash value whatsoever.
Virtual currency is provided solely to enhance the entertainment experience within the App.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or scripts, to access or interact with the App;
- Exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems or networks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and layout, are the exclusive property of Fruit Slots Festival or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the App's content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Fruit Slots Festival, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
